Following extensive consultation with stakeholders, the Commission has reviewed the core and developmental classification of some of the actions within the NSQHS Standards.
Please note that two developmental actions have been being reclassified as core actions:
- 3.12.1 previously developmental for hospitals is now core
- 3.16.1 previously developmental for day procedure services is now core.
Core and developmental items will be reviewed again in 2015.
The table below lists developmental actions for hospitals and day procedure services.
